There is NO proposal at all in the memo. zero. - in Para 1 he provides you a definition of a Tenants in common arrangement . possibly taken from a first year law school text book . The dont even tell you what problem they are trying to solve - Pam 2- has a very limited suggestion of possible steps that might be taken by someone with no imagination and then they take the next SIX paragraphs to detail and lay out some of the potential problems and problem cases for their non- existent proposal . not only that- but it talks exclusively about the TIC interest on YOUR death. it is stupid beyond belief. and you and I waited 6 months for this garbage to be put in writing. TO highlight the stupidity read paragraph three carefully. It talks about the neg issues of a case that has absolutely nothing , zero , in common with your circumstance. , and pargraph six has you" buying" a TIC interest.
