The affidavit describes an encounter between Jeff and a victim, where Jeff allegedly instructed the victim to give him a massage, made sexual advances, and used a vibrator on the victim. The victim was paid $300 by Jeff but was told by Robson that she received only $200. The affidavit was sworn to by Det Joe Recarey on November 29, 2005.
