Governor Ron DeSantis requests that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) assume the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and initiate a preliminary inquiry into related misconduct allegations. He also issues an Executive Order reassigning the case to State Attorney Bruce Colton. The letter is in response to a request from Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw.
