And one of the things that was very unusual in this one is, it has what I'll refer to as the blank check immunity provision. And so that was unusual because what it -- what it seemed to be doing was somehow this agreement was quite out of the normal and had been designed to extend immunity to other people that might have been associated with Epstein.
