Allegations of Coordinated Murder Plots, Suspicious Death of Justice Scalia, and SAIC‑Related Contracts Tied to Afghan Opium Trade

[specifically} to provide INL with program management, criminal justice, and life and mission support to countries emerging from conflict or otherwise facing instability challenges.
