And any attorney 39 ~ that would do that to a witnesses or to a person 2 that's sitting in this chair is not acting 3 professionally. You can't ask a question like 4 that. You can do it, but it's not proper. And 5 I'm sure you weren't trained that way, certainly 6 not ethically. 7 MR. TEIN: Will you stop? 8 MR.
