Along with associates, EPSTEIN is believed to have manipulated underage \ngirls from local \nhigh schools to perform massages and sexual acts at his residence. The victims were \nusually recruited \nby other underage females and after performing various acts were paid sums of money \nin the $200-\n$1000 . Investigation in Miami identified a victim named \nmarried \nname \nborn \nis a U.S. citizen and the victim of \na sex \ncrime; she is not considered a subject, nor is she facing charges in the \ninvestigation described below. \nEFTA00005711\n\nFBI Miami believes \nwas working at a local resort when she was \napproached to \nmeet EPSTEIN at his residence. \nagreed and soon began traveling with EPSTEIN \nto \nvarious locations outside the state of Florida. Several witness have corroborated \ntravel \nwith EPSTEIN. FBI Miami also has evidence EPSTEIN paid \nand provided her an \napartment in exchange for sex. In addition to the accounts of travel, FBI Miami has \nobtained a witness \nstatement from one of EPSTEIN's victims. This victim, who was 14 at the time of the \nincident, \nobserved EPSTEIN have sexual intercourse with \nwho was 17 at the time. \nEPSTEIN later \nindicated to this victim that \nwas in \nand had started a family of \nher own. \nIn 2008, FBI Miami conducted investigation which determined \nwas residing in \nAustralia. \nAccordingly, FBI Miami coordinated with the FBI Legal Attache Office in \nCanberra for a letter to be delivered to \nnotifying her she was a victim of \na crime. \nis believed by FBI Miami \nValley, New \nSouth Wales 2261, telephone \nOn 03/04/2011, \n(USAO) in West \nPalm Beach, Florida and expressed her willingness to speak further with \ninvestigators about her \nactivities with EPSTEIN. In further conversations with the USAO, \nindicated \nEPSTEIN \nhad instructed her to have sex with numerous associates in the both the United \nStates and overseas. \nidentified several subjects by name and indicated she had records to support \nher \nallegations. \nfurther advised she could identify several other women that \nwere underage and \nhad engaged in sexual situations with EPSTEIN. Finally, \npersonnel to \nthe U.S. Consulate in Sydney, Australia on Thursday, 17 March 2011, to be \ninterviewed in detail and \nto provide copies of the records she possesses regarding the above investigation. \n, Glenning \nto currently reside at \n, email \ncontacted the United States Attorney's Office \nagreed to meet FBI \nREQUEST OF AFP \nEFTA00005712\n\nThe AFP is respectfully notified that FBI Miami intends to fly two \nagents familiar with the \ndetails of the above investigation to Sydney, Australia.
