Jordana H. Feldman, the independent administrator of the Epstein Victims' Compensation Program, declares that confidentiality is a critical feature of the program and that the subpoena directed to her by Ghislaine Maxwell should be quashed to protect the privacy of claimants. The EVCP was established to confidentially resolve claims of sexual abuse against Jeffrey Epstein and related individuals and entities.
