The court explains its release analysis under the Bail Reform Act and denies the government's motion to reconsider and stay the release order of Mr. Robertson, who is charged with obstruction of justice, possessing and discharging a firearm, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. The case has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and a trial is now set for April 5, 2021. Mr. Robertson has been in pretrial detention since December 11, 2017.
