Kelly, Dolphus Non Prosecution Agreement

The Parties to this agreement hereby stipulate that Dolphus Kelly shall be given immunity from prosecution regarding any and all statements made during the course of pretrial interviews and trial in Case Number 201300696 in Cochise County. The scheduled trial dates are March 31, 2015 to April 3, 2015. Vanessa Cartwright, Deputy County Attorney in Santa Cruz County, also hereby stipulates that in exchange for Dolphus Kelly?s participation in the investigation, pretrial and trial process in Case Number 201300696, the matter pending against him in Santa Cruz County, CR-15-011 shall be dismissed with prejudice. Dolphus Kelly hereby agrees that he Will provide truthful testimony in Case Number 201300696, as well as participate in any pretrial interviews that are necessary to prepare for trial.
