(“IPRA”). We have received your EMAIL dated March 14, 2022, requesting that the court provide; “1) All communications—including, but not limited to emails, text messages, letters, etc.—between Administrative Office of the Courts staff and Tyler Technologies staff regarding the suspension of the courts' online dispute resolution service (effective July 1, 2021). 2) All weekly, quarterly, annual, etc. progress reports for the ODR pilot program from June 3, 2019 until the present. 3) All project planning documents—such as timelines, stated goals, executive summaries, contracts, etc.—for the ongoing evaluation of the courts' online dispute resolution system.” We need additional time to respond to your request and will do so on or before March 29, 2022.
