ODR – DEBT/MONEY DUE DELIVERABLE BY DUE DATE JUNE 2020 1 Ability to use central email address. 2 Add the functionality for either the Plaintiff or Defendant to make first offer/proposal. JULY 2020 3 Adding SMS Functionality to Modria. Allowing text messages to be sent through Modria to invite parties to participate in their authorized disputes as well as receive status updates on said authorized disputes. 4 Send the complaint to Modria from Odyssey based on the Document Case Event Type selected in the configuration. 5 Add a text field to the acknowledgment page for the parties to enter their name when they are acknowledging the court terms/guidelines. 6 Change current invite emails including the option of adding a link to an instructional video/document. 7 Add explanation of Mediator, with additional verbiage on the screen or in the help section. 8 Add additional instructions for Parties on how to use Mediation screens, with additional verbiage on the screen, more help information and/or a link to a brief instructional video or document. 9 Change language in Agreement document(s). 10 Add additional verbiage on the screen or in the help section for better explanations. AUGUST 2020 11 Add the option to request a mediator on one or two screens for each party. SEPTEMBER 2020 12 Add the functionality for the Plaintiff to offer a payment plan in first offer. 13 Add additional language to the payment screen to pay by check/ money order, and to receive payment receipt. Q4 14 Ability to handle multiple Plaintiffs and/or Defendants on a dispute that result in a single settlement agreement for all defendants, owing a single dollar amount.
