The points that were raised in our meeting were reviewed and he formulated 2 position that I have tried to outline in the ' attached draft which is, unfortunately, due by 2 June. 1am sending it to you for any comment that you may want to make prior to it being cast in final form. I recognize that the time has been extremely short for this review. 1am trying to get Justice to give us a little more time, but I do not yet know whether they are agreeable. For the moment, I am of the view that we must agsume that vie still must have our comments to them by this Friday. Thus, any comments you may have before then would be appreciated.
