In the subsequent discussion, be indicated that his company bad tried university Tecrultment, but mare recently bad moved away trom it end was concentrating on "first bounce” candidates. This means that Lockheed-Cal fornia found that the attrition rate meng college graduates Joining the company tmmediately after graduation was extremely high and that this was not true of individuals who had worked at at least ane job. The com pay, therefore, was concentrating on (sdividuls restless in their initial employment. He stated futher that the company has been able to identity potential or actual "fizat bounce” candidates through university/callege placement offices which, he sald, keep a line on their graduates. 2.
