1 State of New Mexico 2023 DCRA Implementation Plan Introduction The 2024 Death in Custody Reporting Act (DCRA) Implementation Plan was created by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (NMDPS) as the State Administering Agency for Byrne JAG funding.
