The Committee Secretary may be backed by one or more assistant secretaries providing administrative support ("Assistant Secretary"). The appointment as Assistant Secretary includes access to the Governance IT Tools GO App (read-only) and BoardPad Connect (edit rights). All accountabilities for secretarial tasks remain with the Committee Secretary. Appointments: The following individuals are currently appointed as Assistant Secretaries to the Committee: Committee Chairpersons and the Global Governance Function CGGF") must know at all times the identity of the Assistant Secretaries. If changes to the current appointments are required, this list has to be updated and provided to GGF without delay. The Committee Chairperson has to be copied to the request e-mail for approval.
