effective as of the date of admission to Cerberus Executive, LLC as a Non-Managing Member,
the undersigned shall: (i) be bound by each and every term and provision of the Third Amended
and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Cerberus Executive, LLC dated as of
2016, as the same may be duly amended from time to time (the "Agreement") in
accordance with the provisions thereof; and (ii) become and be a party to the Agreement.
