assumptions are subject to change, which may result in the Non-Managing Member receiving higher or lower allocations and distributions than projected in the Revised Supplement. The Revised Supplement shall supersede all prior Revised Supplements, which shall be null and void. In accordance with the Agreement, including, without limitation, Sections 6h(i) and (ii) thereof, the Revised Supplement (other than the projections) shall be binding upon the Non-Managing Member and its executors, administrators, estate, heirs and other legal successors, representatives and, if approved or permitted in accordance with the Agreement, its assigns. Except as specifically provided in the Revised Supplement, the Revised Supplement shall not otherwise affect any of the terms of the Agreement.
