EPSTEIN INSURANCE TRUST #3 (the Insurance Trust"), dated November 1, 2007; WHEREAS, pursuant to the power granted in Article EIGHTH of the Insurance Trust, designations of successor Trustees may be revoked in writing by the maker thereof at any time prior to the qualification of the Trustee so designated; WHEREAS, pursuant to Articl EIGHTH of the Insurance Trust, the Grantor originally designated and Abigail S.
