Prior service costs are amortized on a straight-line basis over the average remaining service period of active participants. When
the accumulation of actuarial gains and losses exceeds 10% of the greater of the projected benefit obligation and the fair value of plan
assets, the excess is amortized over the average remaining service period of active participants. No prior service costs or estimated net
actuarial gain or loss is expected to be amortized from other comprehensive income into periodic benefit cost during fiscal 2015.
