We recommend that the wiring bank charge its wiring fees separately so that the amount you have elected to invest may be invested. The Partnership will generally accept subscriptions, and all subscriptions are generally due, as of the first Business Day of each calendar month. However, the General Partner in its discretion may elect to accept a subscription for a closing up to five (5) business days after the first business day of each calendar month if (a) the Partnership receives the relevant subscription agreement(s) prior to the date of such closing and (b) the Partnership receives the full subscription amount within such 5-business day period. Subscriptions or subscription proceeds which are not received by the close of business on the fifth Business Day of the month as of the beginning of which such subscription is due will be rejected, and the defaulting subscriber will be responsible for compensating the Partnership for any losses sustained by it in connection with such default.
