Could also try to build around a FINTECH idea w support from folks like Marc andreeseen and push to Africa. Could do some real science across SRI and Stanford (science for noninvasive biopsy = no more biopsy = probably Nobel prize and at least a TED talk). Or could work on just health at Msft.
