I'm advised that on St James you've poured concrete for a helipad and a foundation to construct a storage facility. In addition, there are fuel tanks via trucks as well as cleared ares for building roads. Notwithstanding that these projects appear to be easily permitted under VI law, you proceeded without applying for or having any permits. What's personally troubling to me is that you solicited my help to move DPNR along describing your project as cleaning up the island and planting palm trees and that DPNR was over reaching. I understand your folks are meeting with the dept again. In the time we've been going back and forth over this, if done right, you probably would have had the permits by now and near the end of your vconstruction project.
