ROGERS was employed there from 1987 to 1991. According to ROGERS, EPSTEIN has two other full time pilots, LARRY VISOSKI, and BILL HAMMOND. EPSTEIN also has a full time flight engineer, LARRY MORRISON. On occasion, in 2004 and 2005, a contracted pilot, GARY ROXBURGH, was required to assist with flying EPSTEIN to different locations. ROGERS was the Chief Captain for EPSTEIN until January 2005. LARRY VISOSKI took over the responsibilities of Chief Pilot after a continual disagreement between EPSTEIN and ROGERS on landing techniques. This was a demotion and a decrease in pay for ROGERS. The passenger manifest forms were for all flights during 2004 and 2005 for a Boeing 727, tail number , and a Gulfstream, tail number . According to ROGERS, the passenger manifest forms wji!liPled out by the Captain or Co-pilot every time either aircraft was used for travel. If ROGERS or the other pilots were unable to obtain the names of the individuals traveling with EPSTEIN, they would list the individuals on the passenger manifest form by gender, "male" or "female", or "passenger" or "pax". The primary item that Epstein request to be on his aircraft is Evian water. Visoski has never seen Epstein with a girlfriend or known him to be romantically involved with anyone. The flight arrangements were usually set up by who would call Visoski and provide flight dates, times and rave location. On occasion, Visoski would get a call directly from Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. Prior to the departure of every flight, the captain of the flight filled out the flight manifest log and aircraft log. The individual flight captain is usually rotated between pilots. The manifests are faxed to in the New York office every two to three weeks. The aircrWilligs are turned in on an annual basis. Visoski stated he provided the 2005 flight manifest and Dave Rogers provided the 2004, which were requested in the issued grand jury subpoena. Visoski described Epstein as having obtained his wealth from managing money. Epstein has a successful business relationship with Leslie Wexner. Visoski defined Ghislaine Maxwell as Epstein's best friend. In addition to Visoski's flight duties, he provided Epstein with advice on home entertainment centers and vehicles. Visoski installed a home theater system in Epstein's Palm Beach residence and his ranch in New Mexico. The palm beach residence has rooms identified by individual color. Visoski recalled the green room, blue room and pink room. Mullen's pre-employment interview for the position was conducted by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell approximately three years ago. Sometimes the females at the residence would go upstairs with Epstein and sometimes they would gather and talk in the living room area. Mullen was aware that Epstein received massages every day. In addition to massages provided by massage therapists (masseuses), local teenaged females also gave Epstein massages. Mullen explained that it was easy to distinguish between the masseuses and the local teenaged females based on their appearance and demeanor. Mullen was unaware of what occurred between the teenaged females and Epstein behind closed doors, but opined that Epstein was receiving more than just massages based on the number of teenaged females that were going upstairs, with him. HAMMOND has been employed by EPSTEIN since January 2005. Prior employment included piloting as a captain for The Limited Brands, specifically LESLIE'WEXNER. He began working for WEXNER in 1985 and remained there until the Spring of 2004. HAMMOND was offered an opportunity to advance and took a piloting job, flying executives for the Venetian Hotels, Las Vegas, Nevada. Due to difficulties with the Chairman of the Board, HAMMOND was terminated in December 2004. Through HAMMOND's association with LARRY MORRISON, EPSTEIN's airplane engineer, and HAMMOND's contact with EPSTEIN while working for WEXNER, HAMMOND was offered his current employment. HAMMOND stated that while piloting for WEXNER he had not seen any young females passengers. HAMMOND stated his current salary is $150,000 - $155,000. HAMMOND was paid a Christmas bonus of $5000.00, gross income. HAMMOND stated that EPSTEIN has three full time captains with one being the chief captain, LARRY VISOSKI. HAMMOND stated that in his position he would be "on call." HAMMOND continued explaining that VISOSKI would contact him providing short notice, usually a days notice, when EPSTEIN would need him to pilot an aircraft. When piloting an aircraft for EPSTEIN, HAMMOND or the copilot would always complete two forms. The other form was a flight manifest which, among other items, listed number of passengers, in some cases identity of passengers, departure and arrival destinations as well as date and time of flight. The flight manifest is not required by law; however, both forms are completed by the designated captain of the flight. These responsibilities are rotated amongst the pilots. The forms are sent to the office on a monthly basis. HAMMOND has never observed underage girls (under twenty) as passengers on EPSTEIN's airplanes. HAMMOND did state that once or twice children accompanied by adults were passengers on the airplanes. HAMMOND stated that he has strictly a business relationship with EPSTEIN.
