For example they want to buy out a bunch of existing modeling agencies in Eastern Europe (CZ, SK, Poland, etc) to have as satellite agencies under the Joy name. Seeing as these agencies would mostly be for scouting and placement in NY and Paris I think it would be a great investment for your purposes. The idea being to cast a very wide net through scouting and development, contests, etc, so that there's always a steady stream of fresh new faces.
