Rich indicated that you wished JJ to repair the Cedar Shingle Roof on the Log cabin.
Confirming JJ's cost to perform work is $9600.00 plus tax.
Does not include removal of old shingles, this was to be done by Ranch personal.
If we self perform work, the cost is estimated at $5900.00.
My plan was to get material on sight and when we get a break in the weather to perform work.
Do you still wish for JJ to perform work or do we self perform?
