I spoke to Craig from PremiAir, he asked if we could provide a "L=tter of Intent" with our offer of $1.6M USD and noting
it's a final offer =ith an expiration date, Craig thought it would be helpful when Asset =valuation company conducts their
appraisal of the bell 430 on Monday or Tu=sday and is presented to Mr Bailey. We could have expiratio= of LOI on Friday
Feb 10th, if you think appropriate.
please advise if Darren should present you an LOI for your approval in=regards Bell 430 purchase?
