Bill Murphy is typed rated in GM and GIV, he has flown the GIIB f=r several years when Wayne Hysinga had a GIIB. I can request insurance appr=val for Murphy, since he's been to GIV school in the past 12 months, insura=ce should approve him in the GIIB on special needs, Murphy has flown our GI=B with Dave and Ghislaine several years ago on a NY - California trip,. so D=ve is friends and familiar with Murphy also,. Dave or Darren ? not sure there is an easy answer to this,&=bsp; If we type Dave in the GIV ($23k) and keep him on current pa= scale, with a GIV type, I can see Dave doing more contract GIV flying with=others which will sometimes conflict with your flying schedule at some poin=. Dave has average $110k the past few years for salary. Darren is=very excited to fly the GIV with us, I've been speaking to him daily, Darre= would be a great contract use pilot in GIV and Bell 430, however he's not b=en to school on the GIV in the past 12months, so he requires re-current tra=ning at this time $15k at simuflite. Darren is not full time position mater=al, he's involved in so many other business's, Crop dusting, Farming and pa=tners with Luis Beck in helicopter partnerships etc. and does quite w=ll monetarily. in summary, "Dave" with a mi=ture of Bill Murphy and Darren in the GIV to help. <=r> do you approve of Murphy for May 12th trip?
