We also looked into the purchase =f energy from a different source than Con Edison and with the rising fuel =osts due to the gulf crisis and other problems in middle east =3B we were told by Source One it was a bad time to try to lock into a seco=d party vendor being the energy commodity rises with the problems.=l agree with you 100% I feel at this time we need=to lock into a plan with a second party vendor being Con Edison ha= just announced they will be raising their utility cost 12% in NYC=we will contact Source one today for rates with someone else.
