Eric Roth, from International Jet Interiors, will complet= the modifications referenced above at a price not to exceed 2.0M. Essentially, it is two separate transactions, a sal= and a subsequent completion. However, given the buyer's concern and pref=rence for purchasing a completed aircraft, I have structured it to provide for one = payment into escrow encompassing all the work. This is intended to be a non-binding Letter of Inte=t, which would be superseded by a Purchase Agreement.
