B He and I could meet the day after tomorrow, Thursday, 27 th January, in Belgium , where I would fly to for this purpose. B It is just possible, that he might be prepared to give up his opposition to selling the private house he still keeps as his and his families other private residence in Duino. I want to discuss this with him along with other issues. B Please let me know whether that is still of prime importance, in which case I would really push for that. B In any case the price I have referred to and the conditions are not negotiable. The owner has been very clear about that from the beginning and still is b and he can afford to wait until the right client comes, who will not argue this. B Obviously should he be prepared to also sell the other private house in Duino which also has direct access to the park and view of the sea, he will do so only for an additional price.
