By way of some context, Earthjet was a franchise business that operated thru 2006 which involved offering equipment for a common fleet. This was at a time when it was tough to find a charter. The company evolved into BusinessJetScats with Al Rapetti: and when when he fell ill, the Company negotiated with the shareholders to restructure. made the deal with Ilays, and renamed the business Greenjets.
