We also found a problem with the main 3" drain pipe that runs 50 feet across the SC -Level ceiling clogged solid also with grease, that connects to the grease trap . The best way to resolve this issue is to replace the piping and remove for disposal attached is a proposal for your approval for $2,940.00 please approve so we can get all three kitchen sinks working.
