The GM used the letter as a resignation letter: therefore F's contract is
terminated now with no pay.
$150,000. F is furious with me, but it shows that
they were ready to fire him for the other reasons. F does not believe at this
point that resignation is better. He will be in bad shape without the money. Is
there anyway I could borrow the year's pay so he won't lose his mortgage on his
boat? I was only trying to save his reputation, knowing they wanted him out...
