Subject: Blue Beach
Good day Boss,
The blue switch is not keeping the programming. Cisco tech support assisted me over the
weekend to replace a few parts that may have caused the problem and help with the necessary
reprogramming. I have scheduled a test for tomorrow once I install the switch. If these
modifications don't work I will have to request the purchase of a new one (estimated price is
$1500.00).
