I am locking my door for security reasons (to ensure that items in my office are not taken). In the past I have found my personal files (including working papers and notes) in your office. These were taken and my personal files were copied without my permission. As I have explained in the past, all of the legal files are in the hallway file cabinets for everyone's use and access. Elizabeth can help you find whatever you need. Files in my office are my personal working papers and drafts. For attorney client privilege and other reasons, the files in my office are not for general consumption. I would be grateful if you would respect that. Also, I have invited you numerous times to come by and speak with me rather than send emails when you wish to discuss something. I am two doors down. I think we will have a better working relationship if you simply start talking to me. If you want to discuss this further—please let's do it with Larry rather than via email.
