I am most 77 I run the dirt tract in Central Park at least once around and twice on warm days on top of skiing 30000 vertical feet and then some every day I ski on top of daily calisthenics etc and remain as much a smart ass as I have ever been as reflected in numerous TV appearances so in fact my health by my standards is pretty damn good even though I have to cope with a 16 year old daughter who breaks my kneecaps every day and I am still running three large.businesses but I appreciate your concern and thoughtfulness.
