Here is what I would like to propose to that end. There would be incentive bonuses at the 30, 90 and 180 day marks. I am leveraging my most valuable relationships and giving any cash performance bonus to them in exchange for their teams support. I want to be certain this gets done. If we are clear at 180 days then the big bonus for my time would be your giving me the opportunity to fly out and meet you personally.
