Once he returns, Ingrid will confirm with him that the $2,750 paid will go 100% towards the new trees. I reiterated to her that you do not want these trees, that you have never ordered trees this small and have no use for them. She said she was not going to pay to return them, and I told her neither are we. I asked Ingrid when you will see photos of the new trees. She told me that she will send the photos on Tuesday.
