I would never give you inferior "manuals" as final ones just to say I have done them. Therefore there is and will be a lot to do for each one but once done you will have a foundation for any estate manager or director to use and modify. It will be the same with the budgets for each property to some degree, which if you allow and we can use will take some of the stress out of all parties involved in managing now.
