I figured out a way that we can turn it into a gravity fed system. This will bypass all of the bad plumbing and eliminate the need to do anything with the pumps. With the exception of a few fittings, we have all the parts to make it work. Total cost should be under $100 and we should be pumping fuel this afternoon. My plan is to use it just for filling the boats. Caribbean Petroleum will fill the truck with it still sitting on our barge in Redhook, so there will be no need to deal with DOT.
