To: Jeffrey Epsteinfiemeacation©gmail.com] From: Roy Hodges Sent: Tue 6/11/2013 9:40:20 PM Subject: Fwd: Jimmys Concrete Forwarded messa e From: Roy Hodges Date: Tuesday, June II, 2013 Subject: Fwd: Jimmys Concrete To: Daphne Wallace Good Afternoon, I spoke with Jimmy about the bill for the tile. The $27,000 for the tile instillation is for the subcontractor who is actually laying the tile. The J/C labor is for all of the concrete and prep-work prior to laying the tile and Jimmy overseeing the entire job. Also, the tile is from the same supplier. I also went over the bill with Danny. He feels like this is a pretty fair price for the job. The amount of concrete and labor that will be required seem to be pretty accurate. Before I showed the bill to Danny I asked him for a quick estimate on the job, he guessed $100,000.
