The Subjects have outstanding warrants of arrest (ST-10-WR-58, ST-10-WR-59) for First Degree Murder, First Degree Assault, and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon during the Commission of a Crime of Violence. The Subjects were arrested and turned over to ICE S/A who turned the Subjects over to a VIPD Detective.
