They contacted me regarding help selling the boat, from my add in Boat trader.. at first I told them I would continue selling privately and don't need their help,.after a month, he made me an offer to advertise at no cost and no contract, I told them we want $200k clear in the sale, and would entertain offers.,. We have possible showing this week on the boat, I am trying all angles to get a buyer for the boat, and using a broker may get us a buyer that prefers dealing with a broker, than a private seller, on a boat in this price range, I thought I'd try this angle for a month or two. I continue to advertise the boat also,. Its my last angle to get a buyer, since I have run private sales advertising for 7 months, and getting calls from people that never make offers.
