For the brother he didn't tell me that but i guessed that because the uncle is
also the defense one he has to go through him to have permission that's why he is
a little hesitant ( I GUESS).
I also STRONGLY guess that they are waiting for you to propose something or
somethings you want to do there.
I also honestly would rather go back home with one of your ideas...
