She had requested to move into the staff cottage at the Main House, this clearly would not work, with a teenage son, 2 dogs which she wanted to place in the Main House dog pen and that in the future she would not be working at the Main Houseaso agreed this would not work then suggested she could move into the Red 2 Storey House (3 bedroom home) at RC, this again in my opinion would not work, limiting your options for the employment of a couple, which I believe is still need. I have no doubt she will contact you directly about this, with the understanding she is assuming you will say yes, about the move. ave spoken at great lenght about this, and both agree you would not receive "bang or buck" only limit your options and add more problems. It needs to be mentioned that the motivation behind all of this, is she can no longer afford to keep her home and this would solve her problems, but not yours. This visit has only reconfirmed my opinion that managers are required to oversee the Ranch as soon as possible. We are advertising locally for a couple with painting/plaster, cleaning etc skills and have set up a temporary E Mall address to field these applicants. Shall we continue with the investigation of the employment of someone in law enforcement as well? I also need to confirm, that you approved -and Manolito each bringing a hone and cow onto the Ranch.
