I do hope all is well. I feel the need to ask you first hand if I can move on the ranch. I spoke with Karen about the possibility the last week of April. She said she spoke with you about it and you said it was ok. I just wanted to confirm with you it is. The honest truth is my financial situation has changed over the last few years and it continues to decline. I am faced with selling or leasing my home and property. When I s kc with Karen I asked if I could move to the Ranch in August after- . However; I am asking you first if it is ok, second if it could be sooner if need be, and thirdly if I could move into the 2-story red house as I have plenty of furniture to fill it. I have a 4 bedroom house now and would essentially trade room for room. Karen would not give a definate as she is still looking to hire a "management couple" and said you have 4 other options and does not want to "miss the opportunity" by putting me in the 2 story. The little yellow house is too small and only has one shower that would not function well with a Sir, I think it would benefit the Ranch greatly with me living here and keeping up with guests and other responsibilities that are part of the upkeep of the Ranch. I love my job and would love living here. It would give Mano a little bit of help (especially if we have another winter like last year) and have someone else here when he is away. The possibilities of still hiring a couple for the main house and having them stay in the cottage under the Main House and also hiring a person/couple to live in the yellow house it still a option even with me in the red house.
