Jeffrey,
The person Rod mention in his email that he was giving the office to is named: Stone,. he is a "local guy".
Nicolas told me that Stone was going to take the office anyway if Rod didn't give Air Center employees
severance. Stone is in the Thug category. Since then, Rod has agreed to give Stone the office in exchange for
cleaning the hanger and moving the generator and installing it at Rod's house in STT and looking over his house.
Rod conveyed this deal to Stone, and all are aware of this possible deal.
Since Rod is willing to sell the office to us and give Stone some of the money in exchange for taking the office,
Nicolas told me that we shouldn't give Rod the money and just give it to Stone, and not tell Rod, this way Rod
wouldn't be able to take a portion of the money. Nicolas thought that the money should be split between
himself, Maria. Stone. and Yens the other Air Center helper.
its complicated, but wanted to share this with you, it just emphasizes Nicolas's loyalty to Rod,.and what a shady
person he really is.
I think I mentioned Rod had to install GPS tracking devices in his helicopters to make sure Nicolas wasn't moon
lighting with his machines,.
I really don't think Nicolas having access or sharing our hanger is a good idea,.in the past, Nicolas would let all
the Air Center employees paint, repair and overhaul their cars, and all their friends cars, just like Cleo, and
tonight Nicolas mention to me, he would let Stone work on his car in the hanger if he had control of the hanger,..
FBO: Nicolas told me his fuel price that he was able to negotiate was $4.42 to 4.45 per gallon, Nicola's brother
in law named "Kiki" owns a gas station and parts store in STT, and has fuel connections, nothing that we couldn't
do our self. Currently our price with Hancock is $5.15,. he will discuss all of this with you on Sunday in your
meeting with him, just giving you advanced info,.
I told Nicolas my personal concern was liabibty of selling Jet fuel to the public and our exposure to fuel
contamination, such as water or sand in the fuel, from retail sales,. Nicolas is going to ask you to be a partner in
this venture, even though he mentioned he is willing and able to do it by himself,.without your financial backing,.
I arrive in STT Saturday at 3:40pm
thank you,
Larry
