I do not know exactly how they calculated their amount and am shocked that Fowler will not give us an accounting of how they got to their figure. I believe based on Lilly's email dated 9-16-2011 that the difference of 105,821.51 relates to MJ, DK, Olavarria and 20k difference in overcharging for amended complaint. The MJ, DK & Olivarria all should have been resolved when we paid 450,000 on July 5th as that was part of our agreement. I am rather frustrated as NONE of this difference relates to Rothstein matter which they are currently working on and threatening to stop work. EFTA_R1_00555441 EFTA02039894
