We were outside yesterday and its a complete drag to not EFTA_R1_00710877 EFTA02102029 have the lawn we wanted for our summer. Send the letter and you can reiterate to the guy we will take him to court if we don't get him back. I wish you could get him to write you an email stating he plans to rectify this issue.
